大量非法上传影片在YouTube上死灰复燃

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月8日晚间消息，谷歌旗下视频网站YouTube再次遭遇一个十分熟悉的问题，即大量非法上传影片在YouTube网站上死灰复燃。
　　在过去的一年中，包括迪士尼、索尼旗下哥伦比亚电影公司和Tristar电影公司的数百部完整版影片被非法上传到YouTube网站，观看量达到数亿次。
　　奇怪的是，这些电影公司并未利用YouTube提供的工具Content ID来识别受版权保护的内容，从而阻止被非法上传到YouTube网站上。
　　在接到相关咨询后，迪士尼周四利用Content ID成功地拦截了部分已经被上传到YouTube上的经典动画片，包括《小飞侠》(Peter Pan)、《白雪公主与七个小矮人》和《幻想曲》(Fantasia)等。
　　至于为何不利于Content ID拦截其影片，迪士尼、索尼、米高梅和华纳兄弟等均拒绝对此发表评论。
　　YouTube发言人称，公司在开发版权和内容管理工具方面投入了大量资金，以便让版权所有者在YouTube平台上控制他们的内容，目前已有4000多家媒体公司在使用Content ID。
　　该发言人还称，YouTube将继续改善Content ID背后的技术。到目前为止，Content ID已经识别出2亿多个受版权保护的视频。
　　美国电影协会(MPAA)发言人霍华德·甘特曼(Howard Gantman)称："我们已经意识到该问题，我们的成员公司也已经向YouTube提出该问题，希望能合作解决该问题。"(李明)
