黑莓任命Verizon和索爱前高管为董事

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月7日晚间消息，黑莓今天宣布，任命Verizon前执行副总裁理查德·林奇(Richard Lynch)和索尼爱立信(以下简称"索爱")前CEO伯特·诺德伯格(Bert Nordberg)为董事会成员。
　　黑莓此前刚刚推出了黑莓10手机，并将公司从RIM改为现名。对于此次的董事会成员任命，黑莓表示，林奇和诺德伯格将带来各自的"行业经验"，并将探索利用黑莓10平台的新机会。
　　在索尼以14.2亿美元收购爱立信所持索爱股份之前，诺德伯格曾是索爱总裁及CEO。在2012年5月之前，他还担任了索尼移动的同样职位，随后被铃木国正所取代。
　　黑莓目前拥有12名董事会成员，其中包括10名独立董事，其中也包括前任联席CEO迈克·拉扎里迪斯(Mike Lazaridis)。(维金)
