微软联合创始人艾伦800万美元出售私人小岛

【TechWeb报道】12月25日消息，据国外媒体报道，英国《每日邮报》称，微软联合创始人保罗·艾伦(Paul Allen)日前作价800万美元出售了位于华盛顿州西北部的一座私人小岛。
艾伦1992年购得此岛。这座小岛名为"艾伦岛"，面积为118公顷，挂牌出售已经有9年时间，但最终成交价远低于最初2000万美元的要价。
小岛的买家身份不详，但消息人士透露，该卖家计划在这座小岛上建设8栋房屋，以供度假之用。
