备受期待的地下黑市丝绸之路替代乌托邦（Utopia）仅仅上线9天就被荷兰警方一举捣毁，警方在商店首页展示了服务关闭的信息（如图，其中荷兰语politie意思是警察）。乌托邦也是基于Tor匿名服务和比特币数字货币，许多人担心Tor已经不安全或不再能隐藏身份。荷兰警方在一份声明中表示，他们逮捕了5名与乌托邦网站有关的男子，扣押了电脑、硬盘和U盘，以及大约900比特币——约合60万美元。乌托邦的服务器位于德国，关闭前网站上列出了1.3万多种商品，其中包含毒品、化学药品、武器、假币和伪造商品，以及黑客服务。乌托邦是丝绸之路之后最新一个被执法机关捣毁的暗网服务，荷兰警方在其声明中表示，他们的卧底特工与犯罪嫌疑取得了联系，了解到了毒品和武器交易，甚至还有雇凶杀人。
