Egan-Jones建议股东否决伊坎扩大股票回购的方案

网易科技讯 2月8日消息，据路透社报道，代理咨询公司Egan-Jones周五建议苹果股东，应在本月进行的投票中拒绝激进投资人卡尔·伊坎（Carl Icahn）所提出的扩大股票回购规模的方案。
"董事会和管理团队在过去两年里，在返还资本方面已经向全体股东展示了强有力的承诺。"Egan-Jones表示。Egan-Jones是除了标普、惠誉、穆迪之外的规模较小，但声誉极高的评级和咨询机构。
伊坎自去年以来一直要求苹果扩大回购股票规模，即在现有基础上再额外增加500亿美元的回购资金。该提议将于本月28日召开的苹果股东会议上进行投票。（卢鑫）
