Facebook CEO扎克伯格去年年薪200万美元

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间4月27日早间消息，据Facebook周五向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的监管文件显示，该公司CEO马克·扎克伯格(Mark Zuckerberg)2012年总薪酬为200万美元，高于2011年的171万美元。
　　文件显示，扎克伯格2012年的基本薪水为50.3万美元，绩效奖金约为26.6万美元，其他薪酬为120万美元，主要由于个人使用飞机有关。
　　Facebook COO谢丽尔·桑德伯格(Sheryl Sandberg)2012年总薪酬为2620万美元，低于2011年的3100万美元，其中基本薪水约为32.1万美元，绩效奖金27.673万美元，股权奖励2560万美元。(唐风)
