百度起诉周鸿t侵犯名誉权：索赔50万元

　　新浪科技讯 4月27日上午消息，360公司董事长周鸿祎今日通过其新浪微博透露，因为在某节目中批评百度虚假医疗广告，百度公司已经以涉嫌名誉侵权起诉周鸿祎，索赔50万元。
　　"前几天我在名人堂的节目里，批评了百度的虚假医疗广告，展示了百度推广的充值钓鱼网站是怎样骗钱的。结果，百度把我给起诉了，说我发布虚假事实，诋毁原告名誉。"周鸿祎在微博中国表示，"我展示的是公证的资料，百度虚假医疗广告媒体也早有曝光，我们也有公证。24分36秒，那是嘉宾骂贵司流氓，不是我。"
　　根据周鸿祎微博所披露的"起诉状"显示，百度公司因为此视频节目，以名誉侵权向周鸿祎索赔50万元。
　　周鸿祎提供的链接显示，该视频为2013年4月7日在湖北卫视《名人堂》中一档名为"安全保卫战"的节目，主要谈及防范网络诈骗和如何保护用户的相关权益。(爱文)
