索尼电脑娱乐宣布合并日本和亚洲分部

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间4月1日晚间消息，索尼电脑娱乐公司(Sony Computer Entertainment，以下简称"SCE")周一在官方网站上宣布，已将日本分部与亚洲分部合并，组建成的新的"索尼电脑娱乐日本及亚洲部门"(Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia)。
　　此举是索尼继续精简业务、削减成本计划的一部分。经过此次调整，原SCE日本分部总裁河野弘(Hiroshi Kawano)将出任新部门总裁，而原SCE亚洲分部总裁织田博之(Hiroyuki Oda)将出任新部门副总裁。
　　业内人士称，对于SCE而言，此次调整正处于关键时期。当前，索尼正准备发布新一代游戏主机PS 4。PS 4不仅面临微软新一代Xbox的挑战，还面临着休闲游戏和手机游戏的冲击。
　　由于PSP和PS Vita销量欠佳，至截至2012年12月31日的上一财季，索尼净亏损1.15亿美元。(李明)
