联想CFO：无需为收购摩托罗拉移动在债市融资

　　路透北京1月30日 -中国联想集团的首席财务官黄伟明称，为收购谷歌旗下摩托罗拉移动，公司没有在债市融资的紧迫需求。

　　黄伟明还在媒体简布会上称，去年公司手握30亿美元资金，而收购摩托罗拉移动和IBM低端服务器的资本支出总计约为28亿美元。

　　联想集团周三表示，同意以29.1亿美元买下谷歌旗下的摩托罗拉手机业务，这是中国企业在科技领域的最大一笔收购交易。联想通过这种方式，杀入竞争白热化的美国手机市场，目前苹果在该市场占有优势。(完)
