北国资本：Groupon为今年首选股之一

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间1月3日晚间消息，周五北国资本市场(Northland Capital Markets)分析师阿夫塔希(Darren Aftahi)重申，对团购网站Groupon(GRPN)的优于大盘评级和15美元目标价均不变，主要理由是Groupon收购了Ticket Monster，Groupon将是北国2014年的首选股之一。
　　阿夫塔希还称，今年对Groupon将采取逢低随时买入的操作策略，"Groupon已公布完成了对韩国团购鼻祖Ticket Monster(TMON)的收购，我们认为这应该会从战略上提高Groupon美国之外业务部门的增长潜力，这得益于TMON的年增长率达56%，同时随着时间的推移TMON将改善Groupon的运营杠杆。但是，由于1380万股GRPN的股票因本次交易发售给Living Social，一旦这些股票解禁销售，这可能在近期内成为Groupon面临的不利因素。我们将在2014年利用该股任何的回调，吸纳这只首选股之一。"
　　本周四Groupon的股票收于11.85美元，距15美元的目标价还有约26%的上涨空间。该股过去52周的交易区间为4.48-12.76美元。截至美东时间周五上午8:47(北京时间周五晚21点47分)，Groupon的股票在盘前交易中跌15美分，至11.70美元，跌幅为1.27%。(立悟/编译)
